Due to enhanced regional customs clearance protocols and cargo queue management, please allow a dedicated processing window of 2 to 4 business days for our team to safely secure your order before it is handed to our courier partners.

Estimated Transit Timelines

Once dispatched, your package is forwarded via express international routing. Please note that global transit windows are currently expanded to accommodate active airspace diversions and strict cross-border inspections:

  • United Arab Emirates Domestic Delivery : 2 to 3 business days from dispatch

  • GCC Region Delivery : 5 to 9 business days from dispatch

  • International Worldwide Delivery : 7 to 12 business days from dispatch

A unique tracking link will be automatically generated and transmitted directly to your email inbox the moment your courier label is activated at our hub. International recipients are responsible for any destination import duties or local customs clearances required by their respective home countries. Shipping Rates
The LYSAE Mocha Set includes both the inner dress and outer abaya, crafted from premium heavy weight fabrics selected for their structure and drape. Due to the nature of the full set, the following flat rate shipping fees apply:

United Arab Emirates - AED 30
GCC Countries - AED 80
International - AED 150

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of each LYSAE release, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, sizing preference, or personal preference.
